Peran Intervensi Keperawatan Komplementer Dalam Pengelolaan Stres Pada Pasien Gagal Jantung Kronis: Tinjauan Literatur Komprehensif

Gagal jantung kronis (CHF) tidak hanya menyebabkan gangguan fisiologis tetapi juga psikologis seperti stres yang berpotensi memperburuk kondisi klinis dan kualitas hidup pasien. Pendekatan komplementer dalam keperawatan menjadi strategi potensial dalam mengelola stres secara non-farmakologis. Meninjau dan menganalisis secara sistematis literatur terkait efektivitas intervensi keperawatan komplementer dalam menurunkan tingkat stres pada pasien CHF. Studi ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematik berbasis PRISMA 2020. Sumber data diperoleh dari PubMed, ScienceDirect, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar dengan rentang publikasi 2019–2024. Analisis dilakukan terhadap desain studi, jenis intervensi, populasi, alat ukur stres, serta hasil utama. Sebanyak 20 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Intervensi yang paling umum digunakan meliputi aromaterapi (lavender), terapi musik, relaksasi napas, dan akupresur. Semua intervensi menunjukkan hasil positif terhadap penurunan stres dengan nilai signifikansi statistik pada sebagian besar studi. Intervensi keperawatan komplementer memberikan efek positif dalam menurunkan stres pasien CHF. Diperlukan integrasi dalam praktik keperawatan serta studi lanjutan dengan metodologi kuat dan alat ukur standar.
